Which rules hit your ship, and when

Pick a ship type and size. You get, year by year, which of EU MRV, the EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, the IMO CII and the UK ETS apply, the values in force, and what changes next. Every cell comes from the same rules engine our compliance platform calculates with, and each value carries its source.

How this page is made

The website reads the same rules the product calculates with

Navallogic keeps every regulatory threshold, factor and date as a dated rule, each traced to the regulation it comes from. This page is generated from those rules and from the same scope logic that decides, inside our platform, whether a regime applies to a ship. When a rule changes, we add a new dated rule and this page changes with it.

  • What decides scope hereShip type and gross tonnage, using each regulation's own thresholds and ship categories, plus whether the ship trades to EU/EEA or UK ports. Exemptions for warships, fishing vessels and government ships are not modelled.
  • What it does not coverEEXI and SEEMP certification, EU ETS derogations a company may claim (ice class, islands, outermost regions, public-service routes), FuelEU's RFNBO and wind incentives, and anything not yet adopted.
  • What is still openThe IMO Net-Zero Framework was approved but not adopted; we show its decision date and model nothing until the adopted text can be verified. CII reduction factors after 2030 are not yet set by the IMO.

Know the rule. Now know the number.

The clock tells you which rules bite and when. We tell you what they cost your fleet this year, from the noon reports you already keep, while there is still time to act.
